Delegates are eligible for a full refund during the Regular Registration period. Following this, they may receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs within two weeks of their registration.
Eligibility of cancellations requested after this timeframe is up to the discretion of the Secretariat and Board of Directors.
All refunds will be initiated at the latest of a week after the conference ends, and may take up to 5 days for the bank to process.
