Cynthia Ma

As a current sophomore at Sentinel Secondary School, Cynthia is delighted to serve as a Flex Staff at RichMUN XI. She looks forward to supporting committees and ensuring a smooth, engaging conference experience for all delegates. Since tentatively stepping foot into her first MUN conference in Grade 9, she has developed a strong appreciation for both the structure behind conferences and the creativity required for dynamic debate. As Flex Staff, Cynthia is committed to ensuring that RichMUN runs smoothly and that every delegate has a memorable conference experience. Whether she's assisting with logistics, answering questions, or providing guidance to first-time delegates, Cynthia approaches each task with enthusiasm and dedication. Outside of MUN, she enjoys rewatching her favourite movies far more times than she would like to admit, eating gluttonous levels of salt and vinegar chips, and cuddling with her two cats. She is excited to meet delegates from diverse backgrounds and is looking forward to making runs to the T&T across the street! She wishes all delegates the best of luck and hopes everyone has an unforgettable experience at RichMUN XI.
