Emily Qian

As a Grade 10 student at Crofton House School, Emily is honored to serve as the Bloc A Director of the Joint Crisis Committee at RichMUN XI. MUN has immersed Emily in some of her most exciting and meaningful discussions–though she promises there won’t be any “Red Light, Green Light” eliminations in this committee! She has deepened her understanding of global issues, fostered lifelong friendships, and created memories as intense (but far less deadly) as a Squid Game match. At this iteration of RichMUN, Emily hopes that, regardless of experience level, all delegates will think critically, engage thoughtfully, and find the courage to step outside their comfort zones, even if it means taking a risk like Player 456. She wishes all delegates the best of luck in their preparation and looks forward to a weekend of lively debate!
