Oscar Li

Eighteen, senior, and eager to get out of dodge in September, Oscar Li is content to serve as Director of the Extempore Crisis Committee at RichMUN XI, his final MUN conference. While he initially had to be physically dragged into St. George’s School’s Model UN Club by friends, Oscar grew to appreciate how this “non-spectator sport” truly models after the United Nations in every aspect—deepening his critical thinking, perception of the world, and allowing him to meet people of every character and disposition like no other activity. Outside of Model UN, one may find Oscar raging over his Investopedia trades, photographing sceneries in the wilderness, 'gently pushing' people to the ground in rugby, and most importantly of all, sincerely doing his best to be a fine young man!
